Arrange a return
Contact orders@dimmvault.com with your order reference, part number and reason for returning the goods. We will provide the return instructions. Our registered office is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom; please confirm routing before sending goods. Requesting instructions does not limit your statutory cancellation rights.
UK consumer change-of-mind returns
For eligible distance purchases, consumers can notify the seller of cancellation within 14 days of receipt and then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Handling to inspect an item is permitted; a deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Opening ordinary memory packaging does not automatically eliminate cancellation rights.
Refunds after cancellation
For an eligible consumer cancellation, the refund includes standard outbound delivery. An upgraded delivery charge is refundable only up to the standard option. We refund within 14 days after receiving the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Any responsibility for change-of-mind return postage is disclosed before purchase. No restocking fee applies to a statutory cancellation; a deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods
Your statutory rights are separate from any change-of-mind policy or manufacturer warranty. A fault or incorrect specification may give rise to a refund, repair or replacement depending on the circumstances. The seller must not treat an expired manufacturer warranty as automatically ending those rights. Keep evidence of purchase, the part number and a description of the issue.
Protect the product in transit
Use suitable protective and anti-static packaging. A matched kit should be identified as a kit when requesting support so the correct process can be agreed. A returns reference can help administration, but your statutory rights do not depend on obtaining an authorisation code.
Business purchases
Consumer cancellation rights do not automatically apply to business purchases. Refer to the terms agreed in your written quotation for any business return arrangement. Contact orders@dimmvault.com to discuss a return.
