Who handles your information
DIMMVAULT is a trading name of RED LINE IT LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17249935. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. VAT registration number: GB522556793. RED LINE IT LTD is responsible for information you send to DIMMVAULT. For privacy enquiries, contact orders@dimmvault.com.
Your shortlist and memory brief
The parts and quantities you choose, along with any system model entered into the brief builder, can be stored in your browser for up to 30 days from your last shortlist change. The application does not send those entries to a sales team or a database. Additional notes stay in the open page and are included only when you download the brief. Avoid adding confidential information on a shared device.
Search, compare and downloads
Catalogue search and comparison happen in your browser. Downloading a brief creates a text file on your device; it does not place an order or send an enquiry. Your browser or device may retain downloaded files until you delete them. Clear the shortlist using its “Clear shortlist” control.
Hosting and access
Our hosting services process technical connection information needed to deliver and secure the website. Where you access the site through ChatGPT sign-in, OpenAI handles that authentication; we do not receive your ChatGPT password. See OpenAI’s privacy information.
Third-party content
The fonts, homepage film and product illustrations are served with the site. Product and policy source links take you to third-party websites only when you follow them; their own privacy information then applies. On dimmvault.com, optional Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, devices and broad traffic sources, only with your consent. We do not send contact form fields or catalogue search terms to Analytics. Advertising features are disabled. Google processes usage information and may process it outside the UK under its applicable safeguards. Read Google’s privacy policy. Withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer; this stops future collection but does not automatically delete previously collected data. Contact us about deletion requests.
Email enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you include, such as your name, email, company and requirements. We use them to respond and prepare any requested quotation, including steps at your request before a contract. Relevant service providers process information needed to deliver email and hosting. Contact us for information about the handling or retention of your particular enquiry.
Your rights and concerns
UK data protection rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, depending on the processing and lawful basis. Where consent is used, it can be withdrawn. Our privacy contact is orders@dimmvault.com. You may raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office. For personal information processed independently by the sign-in provider, use that provider’s privacy channels.
Contact about your data
For access, correction, deletion or other data protection enquiries, email orders@dimmvault.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Email enquiry helper
The contact form prepares an email in your chosen email application addressed to orders@dimmvault.com. The website does not submit the form to a server or save its fields in browser storage. When you send the email, your name, email address, company and message are sent through your email provider to DIMMVAULT. Do not include payment details or sensitive personal information.
